Under the direction of management and physician leadership, the Medical Assistant II performs and oversees functions related to clinical activities, including:
- Maintaining patient flow by assisting and promoting delivery of primary and preventive health care
- Performing technical procedures, lab protocols, and other clinically oriented activities under physician/provider direction
- Assisting management in achieving office efficiencies and supporting daily clinic operations
