MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR
About this role
MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR Supervise and coordinate mechanical technicians and maintenance staff. Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment. Inspect machinery to identify faults and recommend solutions. Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff. Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical supervision within industrial or plant settings. Strong knowledge of plant machinery and mechanical processes. Proven leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in mechanical diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
