JOB DUTIES 岗位职责

• 1. 遵守公司的各项规章制度,执行国家和公司的安全规程。
• 2. 完成生产线长要求的5S,TPM等工作。
• 3. 执行质量的BIQ原则。
• 4. 执行Stop to fix流程。
• 5. 执行CPS 15项指导方针。
• 6. 完成班组的各项工作指标。
• 7. 对PQVC提出建设改善建议。
• 8. 执行CI卡流程。
• 9. 完成生产线长交给的其他工作内容。
• 10. 支持公司对生产效率的改善。
• 11. 支持公司各项政策的变更，并严格执行。
• 12. 培训新员工完成本岗位工作。
• 13. 主管分配的其他工作。

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE 任职资格

• 1. 高中以上学历。
• 2. 两年以上维修装配钳工工作经验。
• 3. 熟练工具、量具的使用。
