Mechanical Manager - Hydraulics
Job Summary
- The Engineering Manager – Hydraulics will oversee the optimum operation of advanced hydraulic systems and components.
- This role provides hands-on technical leadership to ensure hydraulic equipment (e.g., servomotors, lines & components, stacks, reclaimers, presses, pumps, valves, etc.) meets budgeted performance and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor mechanical engineers, technicians, and mechanical maintenance staff.
- Design & Development: Lead the design and testing of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, and cylinders.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the technical expert for diagnosing and solving complex hydraulic failures.
- System Integrity: Oversee fluid circuit layout and ensure compliance with OEM standards.
