Description
- We are looking for a commercially minded, confident, and highly proactive person to help us grow both our customer and farmer networks.
What You'll Do
- Find and develop new customers, including restaurants, supermarkets, hotels, wholesalers, and food businesses.
- Build and maintain relationships with vegetable farmers and suppliers.
- Visit businesses, markets, and farms to identify opportunities.
- Understand customer demand, quantities, quality requirements, and purchasing schedules.
- Negotiate supply arrangements and close deals.
- Monitor vegetable prices, availability and market trends.
- Follow up with prospects and turn relationships into repeat business.
- Work with our farm and operations team to match market demand with reliable supply.
