Manufacturing engineer
Función principal:
Responsable de mantener, mejorar e industrializar los procesos de manufactura, asegurando eficiencia, ergonomía y cumplimiento de estándares.
Actividades:
- Mantener y actualizar el sistema de Visual Factory (instrucciones de trabajo, tiempos ciclo).
- Analizar y resolver problemas de métodos de ensamble mediante metodologías estructuradas.
- Implementar racks, mesas, fixtures, herramientas y dispositivos para optimizar eficiencia y ergonomía.
- Realizar estudios de tiempos y movimientos, balanceo de operaciones y cálculo de takt time.
- Monitorear eficiencia y proponer mejoras en métodos de trabajo.
- Ejecutar GEMBA para detectar oportunidades en ensamble.
- Evaluar ergonomía, optimizar espacios en layout e implementar quick kaizens, eventos Kaizen y 5S.
- Coordinar transferencias de líneas de producción y adquisición de herramientas.
