Manufacturing Engineer
Your tasks Plan, review, set up, and improve threaded fasteners, joints and plant programmable logic controller (PLC)-based threaded fastening screwdrivers and equipment technologies on specialized threaded fastening equipment to join mechatronic components using threaded fasteners (screws, nuts and bolts made of high strength steel, aluminum and plastic, cold forged according to drawing, ready-to-install, galvanized and coated) and ensure production of mechatronic passenger vehicle seat structures including seat adjuster systems and motors (actuators); window regulators; and door modules (including window regulators and door latches). Ensure plant fastening equipment is in optimal condition to assemble from both mechanical and programming standpoints.
