The successful candidate will lead complex manufacturing initiatives, coach and develop engineers, drive project execution, and provide technical leadership across assembly operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, energetic, adaptable, and self-directed. They can quickly transition between strategic planning and shop-floor problem solving while maintaining focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
