- Full P&L, profitability, EBITDA and business performance
- Strategic direction and execution
- Commercial growth and new market development
- 3PL, freight forwarding, warehousing, transport and integrated supply-chain solutions
- Business transformation and restructuring
- Digitalisation – WMS, TMS, ERP, CRM, automation, analytics and AI-enabled solutions
- Major customer relationships and strategic tenders
- Executive-team leadership and organisational performance
- Board and shareholder engagement
- Governance, risk and financial discipline
- M&A, due diligence and strategic transactions where applicable
- Growth across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 20+ years’ logistics / supply-chain experience
- 10+ years at senior executive leadership level
