Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, proactive, reliable, and trustworthy Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a beauty business.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating staff, managing customer relationships, overseeing stock and logistics, and ensuring that the workplace operates efficiently and professionally.
- The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and organisational skills, be able to work independently, and ensure that staff carry out their responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute and coordinate jobs among stylists to ensure efficient workflow.
- Supervise staff and ensure assigned duties are completed effectively and on time.
