About this role
CelLink is scaling advanced manufacturing in Georgetown, and we’re looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead production across assigned areas and shifts.
You’ll be responsible for turning production requirements into execution, ensuring we have the people, materials, equipment, processes, and accountability needed to hit our safety, quality, delivery, cost, yield, and throughput goals.
This is a highly visible manufacturing leadership role. You’ll spend significant time on the floor, developing Supervisors and frontline teams, identifying constraints, and working cross-functionally to solve production and equipment issues in real time.
