YOUR MISSION
Product Testing – Fit & Wear (Execution Under Functional Governance) - 50%
- Ensure clear understanding and implementation on latest official guidelines related to Fit & Wear product testing across T1 supplier-based product test centers (PTC) on methodologies, standards, and guidance defined by the Asia Product Testing Manager.
- Drive and monitor the setup, standardization, and operational rollout of the T1 PTC Fit & Wear Testing centers, ensuring consistent execution among all test centers in China.
- Train, coach, and support Factory Product Testing teams to correctly apply PUMA testing standards, evaluation criteria, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure testing execution, feedback, and judgment calls from T1 Testing teams follow PUMA guidelines and are completed within agreed timelines.
