About the Role
Lead the Operations QA team to ensure scalable, compliant quality for ConnectiveRx's operations. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and protect data integrity.
What You'll Do
- Build and implement QA strategies for operational workflows and release readiness.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Business Ops to align on testing, risk assessment, and process improvements.
- Monitor quality metrics, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement across hub services and patient-facing processes.
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 controls and other regulatory requirements applicable to pharmaceutical operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA professionals, setting goals and tracking performance.
