Manager Operations

To handle and report to Director Operations on all aspects of Operations function, while maintaining a high level of service to customers, measuring and monitoring vendor and staff performance and controlling overall operational costs. Demonstrates customer focus, individual development, efficiency, collaboration, and recommends/implements process improvements. Upholds and ensures that all Hapag-Lloyd policies and procedures are followed and maintained. Deliver top performance within Hapag-Lloyd’d organizational structure and process, as it pertains to Port Operations, Equipment, Transport Dispatch and Maintenance & Repair functions Monthly reporting follow up for all Countries in the area Longstanding follow-up - Focus on Empties, FIFO Monthly Cost report analysis . Determine focus areas and drivers to reduce CpT and CpB
