Manager – Graphics Design
About this role
WSP is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager – Graphics Design to support our Strategic Growth Team, US. This role will lead the delivery of high-quality visual communications, with particular emphasis on cohesive, long-form proposal documents that organize complex content, strengthen strategic messaging, and remain practical for multidisciplinary teams to develop collaboratively. The Manager will establish scalable document design systems that support contributors with varying levels of InDesign experience, while also overseeing proposal graphics, presentations, infographics, digital assets, and other brand-compliant marketing materials. The position offers regular collaboration with graphic designers and business partners in the US, exposure to international projects, and opportunities to participate in training and explore new technologies and more effective ways of working.
