Section: About the Role Our client, a Tier 2 Accounting and Advisory firm serving high-growth startups and SMEs across Africa, is seeking a commercially minded Manager, Financial Reporting to lead accounting, finance, and tax engagements while driving operational efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Section: Responsibilities
- Translate firm strategy into operational plans with senior leadership.
- Review and improve processes, workflows, internal controls, and performance systems.
- Review and sign off on major accounting, finance, and tax deliverables.
- Maintain quality standards across client engagements and resolve service gaps.
- Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams while supporting onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
