Role Description
- You will report to the HOAd. The ability to problem solve, use your own judgement, think creatively and work calmly under pressure are all essential skills to the role. Participation in weekly Command Centre Meetings and policy formation in line with the Safritecture Business Model is by invitation.
- The (MAd)CC is responsible for optimizing, streamlining, directing the operations of Safritecture and guiding staff development programs to improve overall organizational performance.
- You will also develop business improvement plans, give advice to department heads, and make sure of tax compliance.
