About the Role
- The Hotel Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day management and smooth operation of the hotel. The manager ensures excellent guest service, effective staff performance, proper revenue management, cost control, cleanliness, security, and compliance with hotel policies and standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and quality service delivery.
- Implement hotel policies, procedures, and SOPs.
