What We Need
Cascade Bicycle Club is seeking a dedicated youth advocate/educator and bicycling enthusiast to serve as a Major Taylor Project Coordinator (King County). The Major Taylor Project (MTP) Coordinator will serve this dynamic, well-established, and respected organization by demonstrating a passion for bicycling and for growing the influence and impact of the organization’s mission.
Reporting to the Major Taylor Project Manager, the Major Taylor Project (MTP) Coordinator will coordinate three to seven MTP bicycling clubs, creating a supportive cohort, and will mentor Project Ride Leaders and volunteers in facilitating MTP on behalf of Cascade Bicycle Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The MTP Coordinator will seek and facilitate related leadership opportunities for students in the community while understanding the bike as a tool for transformation and social justice.
