Job Purpose
The Maintenance Supervisor must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as leadership capability. This role will be responsible for directing the efforts of the Maintenance department
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a work schedule that includes time for personal contact and communication with all shifts.
- Proficient in the use of PLC (programmable logic controllers). This includes troubleshooting, programming and documentation of PLC control programs. Proficiency required with Modican, Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLC’s.
- Interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot wiring circuits.
- Capable of troubleshooting hard-wired relay logic machine control panels. This includes field repairs, i.e., replacing existing components and wiring.
