Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as, coordinating repairs to maintain safety and functionality of the facilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues, safety hazard.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects, including obtaining quotes, scheduling contractors, and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inventory, and inspection reports.
