Job Description We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at our facility. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the installation, repair and upkeep of all property, including machines, mechanical systems, buildings, heating and air-conditioning and other structures.
Responsibilities
- Develop a Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan for missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
- Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift management.
