Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 4 - 10 years Location Lagos Job Field Engineering / Technical Coordination between inter- departments for Technical issues in order to achieve factory objectives and productivity. Identify manpower needs; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence within his shift. Responsible for conducting departmental meetings in plant and give feedback to his superior. Tracking of breakdown, OEE of machines , its history card etc to check and monitor condition of the equipment and to take in review of shift maintenance. Make daily, weekly, Monthly, quarterly and annual preventive maintenance plan and ensure that they are executed and documented. To lead a team of people and act as mentor for day to day needs.
