Job Description Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service Make sure engineers complete all guest-related service requests within 30 minutes and assist where needed. Complete all non-guest-related work order requests as scheduled in a professional and timely manner, taking care to clean up completely after work is done and/or request housekeeping support. Complete daily walks of the Mechanical, Electrical rooms, and the property. To assist with all duties in the Engineering Department including all aspects of mechanical repairs, electrical work and painting. Assist the Engineering Manager/Assistant Director of Engineering in day-to-day duties Must be able to keep a detailed log. Ongoing dedication to exceptional guest service, both to internal and external guests
