About this role
Volt is immediately hiring a 1st Shift Machine Operator in Colorado Springs, Co.
As a Machine Operator you will:
- Set up and operate production machinery in accordance with established procedures and work instructions
- Operate computer-controlled and manually controlled automated equipment
- Select, position, and secure materials and components for production processes
- Monitor machine performance and adjust machine settings to ensure quality and efficiency
- Complete production tasks accurately and within required specifications
- Observe and assist during equipment repairs and maintenance activities performed by Technicians
- Learn and utilize precision measuring tools to verify product quality and specifications
- Perform routine inspections and monitor equipment operation throughout the production process
