Machine Operator Level 2P - 1st shift
You will work as a Machine Operator 2P. This is a 1st shift role reporting to the production supervisor. You will work full time onsite in Cambridge, Ontario.
Your Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate a variety of manufacturing and finishing equipment, including brake presses, CNC machines, shears, punches, saws, bending equipment, and paint systems.
- Perform powder coat painting and finishing processes, including spray application, oven setup, surface preparation, grinding, buffing, and quality finishing to specifications.
- Troubleshoot production equipment, wash lines, paint systems, and related machinery to ensure performance.
- Conduct quality inspections, testing, documentation, and reporting activities, including Check-Do-Check processes, SAP transactions, FTPC reporting, and maintenance of production logs.
