What we are looking for:
- Sheet Metal fabricates sheet metal products and equipment. Work may involve setting up and operating machinery to cut, bend, and straighten metal parts to supply our upstream departments with parts they need.
What you’ll be responsible for in this role:
- Operate all equipment in the sheet metal department, including brake presses, lasers, punch presses, sanders, and deburring machines
- Fill all part requirements to complete rounds for the kitting department
- Read rulers, tape measurers, metal squares, angle finders, protractors, and other measuring instruments
- Read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
