ROLE SUMMARY
To carry out fitting, breakdown, shutdown and preventive maintenance activities on mechanical equipment and related plant systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Breakdown, shutdown, preventive maintenance.

Maintenance of rotary equipment and instruments.

Equipment fitting and dismantling.
-
Pump & motor alignment.
-
Pipeline maintenance. i.e Valves, Flanges, Pipes.

Able to replace mechanical seal of pumps & reactors
-
Able to replace bearing of centrifuge, reactors & motors.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
-
OND/NABTEB in Mechanical Engineering.
-
5-8 years of mechanical fitting and maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or process manufacturing environment.
