M&A Analyst
As part of overall Univar Solutions strategic priorities, this role is responsible for supporting the coordination and execution of the organization's strategic growth program. Growth programs include merger and acquisition activities (including divestments) and key strategic programs including M&A target pipeline development. The position works closely with the VP of M&A and the Director in M&A based in Europe along with senior management and key line of business leaders to develop and analyze strategic opportunities utilizing financial and qualitative analysis to evaluate growth opportunities, providing business recommendations and advise, identification of risks and opportunities.
