About the Role
As a CBRE LP Associate, you will be responsible for generating fee income through the placement of debt and equity within capital markets.
This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.
What You’ll Do
- Understand and articulate the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures associated with commercial real estate finance. This includes commercial appraising, market, and investment analysis.
- Create, cultivate, and maintain a local and national client base for the generation of fee income from debt and equity placements. Coordinates marketing efforts that include print, electronic and personal contacts.
- Provide advisory services to clients with the goal to obtain “trusted advisor” status.
