Logistics Coordinator
What you’ll do
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments by scheduling and managing LTL, full truckload, expedited, dedicated, and international transportation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Track shipments and communicate updates by providing shipment visibility, coordinating delivery appointments, and working closely with customers, carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Resolve transportation issues and manage freight claims by investigating damages, shortages, lost shipments, and delivery exceptions while driving timely resolution.
- Maintain transportation records and documentation including Bills of Lading (BOLs), proof of delivery, carrier records, freight invoices, customs documents, and shipment file accuracy.
