Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track logistics performance and trends.
Assist in weekly and monthly forecasting demand and planning inventory levels to optimize stock availability.
Identify inefficiencies in transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, proposing actionable solutions.
Assist the Head of Logistics in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to and from plant by third party transporters.
