- Minimum OND or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical or Power Plant Engineering; 0–2 years’ experience in power generation, refinery or heavy industrial plant; Basic knowledge of boiler, steam cycle and cooling systems; Ability to read gauges and P&ID diagrams; Basic troubleshooting skills; Strong attention to detail and teamwork; Ability to work under pressure
