About this role
Loan Syndication, VP
The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.
EDUCATION
- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced degree may be preferred, though not universally expected
- Equivalent work experience equally preferable
- CERTIFICATIONS
- Dependent on regional requirements:
- Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 79
- Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 24
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or comparable credit-risk credential
- Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II) registration
- Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) Type 1 and Type 6 licensing
