Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote AMS Finance’s loan products to customers in private sector organizations.
- Source, develop, and manage a strong pipeline of loan clients.
- Conduct preliminary credit analysis and ensure loan applications comply with internal policies.
- Prepare and submit loan proposals for approval and ensure timely disbursement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance loan product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular market insights and feedback on customer trends, competition, and opportunities.
