What You’ll Do
- Provide direct care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding)
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Support mealtime setup, feeding assistance, and intake documentation
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation and flow sheets
What We’re Looking For:

Current, valid LNA or MNA license in the state of New Hampshire

CPR/BLS certification preferred

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and stay organized

Long-term care experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
