Job title: Legal Manager
We are seeking a capable Legal Manager to lead legal and corporate secretarial matters, provide practical commercial legal advice, and supervise junior legal staff within the organisation.
Role details:
- Department: Legal
- Reports to: Managing Director
- Experience required: 4–6 years post-call
Requirements
- LL.B and BL; must be called to the Nigerian Bar
- 4–6 years’ post-call experience
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience
- Working knowledge of CAMA 2020 and Nigerian corporate secretarial practice
- Oil & Gas, Marine, EPC or Construction experience is an advantage
- Strong communication, organisational and matter-management skills
- Ability to work independently and provide practical legal advice
