Georgia Pacific’s Corrugated business is looking for a site-based Learning & Development (L&D) Leader to lead the implementation and management of hourly training initiatives. The L&D Leader is responsible for oversight of the implementation and distribution of synergized operating learning and development systems throughout our facilities. The L&D Leader will also collaborate with capabilities across the division and the global learning and development team to ensure continuity in the established learning and development programs for learners.
