In dieser Rolle analysieren und optimieren Sie Produktions-, Montage- und Prüfprozesse für Lasersysteme und Laserkomponenten und identifizieren dabei nachhaltig Verschwendung, Engpässe sowie Prozessvariabilität
Durch die Planung und Umsetzung von Lean bzw. SYNCHRO-Initiativen sowie eines wirksamen Shopfloor-Managements entwickeln Sie standardisierte Arbeitsabläufe und optimieren Layouts, Materialfluss und Bestände
Als Impulsgeberin oder Impulsgeber moderieren Sie KVP-Workshops und bereichsübergreifende Verbesserungsprojekte und führen Kennzahlen, visuelle Managementsysteme sowie Lean-Management- und Problemlösungsmethoden ein beziehungsweise entwickeln diese weiter
