Lead Specialist - HR - IR

Lead HR operations and employee engagement in a dynamic manufacturing environment, strengthen teams, and help Autoliv deliver safer products that save more lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workforce Management & Employee Relations

  • Manage direct manpower recruitment, onboarding, induction, deployment, and workforce planning.

  • Coordinate employee relations activities and address employee grievances effectively.

  • Monitor absenteeism, turnover, attendance, overtime, late coming, and related workforce metrics.

  • Generate daily and monthly HR reports and track key workforce indicators.

  • Conduct employee engagement activities, monthly celebrations, and welfare initiatives.

  • Organize and facilitate employee committee meetings and ensure timely closure of action items.
