About the Role Lead QA to embed quality at the heart of solution delivery, collaborating with solution designers and developers to ensure unit tests and automated quality checks are created, curated, and continuously improved throughout system development. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with designers and developers to define, create, and maintain a comprehensive suite of unit tests aligned to solution designs.
- Design and implement telemetry pipelines with InfluxDB, Grafana, and Prometheus; build dashboards and generate clear reports.
- Manage and prioritize defects, provide remediation recommendations, and advocate for quality-first release decisions.
- Ensure production-like test environments with correct components, data, and configurations.
- Provide updates to senior stakeholders, translate technical results into business language, and mentor developers/test engineers.
