Lead Coordinator- Proposal
WSP is currently seeking a Lead Proposal Coordinator to support our Strategic Growth Team, US. The person is responsible for end-to-end proposal development and delivery for US pursuits, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely submissions.

This role will be based in the Noida/ Bengaluru office.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, including kickoff, planning, content integration, compliance checks, submission, and post-submission archiving/debrief.
- Coordinate with technical SMEs, business, graphics, and support functions to gather inputs, drive alignment, and ensure timely delivery of all proposal components.
