The Missile Solutions Segment / Propulsion Systems Sector of L3Harris is currently seeking an experienced Lead, Program Manager. This role can be located at our Huntsville, AL (headquarters) or Orange, VA facility. This position will specifically be working as the Program Manager for the Trident II D5 Modernization program and leading integration activities between the Trident II D5 Life Extension and D5 Life Extension 2 programs.
Essential Functions:
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned programs.
- Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in partnership with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
- Manage program financials, including forecasting, cost control, variance analysis, and reporting.
