Section: Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, vision and roadmap
- Lead end-to-end product development and launches
- Identify market opportunities through customer insights and research
- Monitor product adoption, revenue and customer satisfaction
- Use data and analytics to drive product improvements
- Partner with Compliance, IT and Operations on risks
- Develop product business cases, budgets and performance reports
Section: Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ post-NYSC experience in product management
- Fintech, banking or financial services experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of product management, digital banking, UX, market research and financial products
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills
