Lead Person – Tool Crib
The Resource Cage Lead is responsible for assuring safe, efficient, and timely operation of the assigned department. As well as leading the hourly work force, this position has the responsibility to coordinate with production supervisors/leads, process engineering, maintenance, and product engineering services to assure efficient and timely allocation of tools, fixtures, assembly equipment.
Work Type: Onsite
Shift Timings: Monday-Thursday, 6:00AM-3:30PM
Responsibilities
- Organize direct labor
- Employee issue resolution
- Assign and oversee personnel to achieve tool, fixture, assembly equipment efficiencies, productivity and cycle time
- Prioritize activities that coincide with deliverables being allocated to the end user (operators in the factory)
- Focus support organization activities to eliminate performance obstacles
