Job Description
Coordinate the activities described in the Engineering Manual for the Launch of New Programs or Engineering Changes, ensuring compliance with the company's systems and procedures
Responsibilities

Coordinate meetings to facilitate the implementation of Engineering Changes.

Determine the resources required for the Pre-Planning process.

Provide training to Methods Engineers and Methods Operators.

Oversee programs that are in the Pre-Planning phase.

Coordinate and follow up on Pilot and Prototype runs with the cross-functional team.

Ensure compliance with established systems and procedures, as well as maintain the documentation required to support the entire Pre-Planning and Engineering Change process.

Develop the training schedule for Methods Engineers and Methods Operators, and actively participate in training sessions.
