The Level 5 Lead, Material Manager is a senior-level professional responsible for leading complex material planning, execution, analysis, and risk mitigation activities for programs of significant scope and value. This role serves as a functional representative and subject matter expert, working independently while leading cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Production Planning, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Program Management, and Logistics. The position requires advanced knowledge of material management systems, forecasting, EVMS, root cause corrective action, inventory strategy, and supply chain risk management. The Level 5 Lead also mentors team members, supports audits and customer interactions, and drives process improvements that enhance material availability, compliance, and operational performance.
