The EHS Lead Advisor is responsible for promoting and maintaining a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across Aecon Industrial projects. Reporting to the EHS Manager, this role provides field leadership through safety training, inspections, audits, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and the development of site-specific safety programs.
