Responsibilities
- Lead the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Drive learner acquisition, platform adoption, engagement, and user experience.
- Develop and launch scalable e-learning, certification, and digital skills programmes.
- Drive curriculum innovation aligned with emerging industry needs.
- Build strategic partnerships with technology, industry, and learning providers.
- Prepare reports and insights to support business and strategic decision-making.
- Lead digital learning projects and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.
