Job title: LCS Sub-Regional Business Manager
The LCS Sub-Regional Business Manager is responsible for the overall business performance, customer outcomes, talent development, and operational execution of a designated North American Sub-Region. You will own revenue growth, operational excellence, employee engagement, delivery quality, and market expansion while executing a consistent "One LCS" experience across Lifecycle Services offerings. This is direct responsibilities in CSB, AMR (not Asset+), and FLT (including MV and SAF), while informed and supporting Process Solutions, Power & Control, and the Asset+ offerings.
